About Us

We’re ABC Tailor Shop, and we’ve been a tailor here in Chicago, IL, since 1999. We specialize in alterations and tailoring, and we offer men's suits, bridal wear, leather services, fur services, and more. Our Story

ABC Tailor Shop is a renowned tailor shop located in Chicago, Illinois, and has been serving the community since 1999. Eric, the owner, established the business in that year, leveraging his exceptional tailoring skills and natural ability to connect with people. Although he possessed innate talent, Eric had to undergo a significant learning curve when it came to understanding the intricacies of running a successful enterprise. He dedicated himself to mastering the business aspects, such as managing vendors and acquiring industry knowledge, which involved a lot of trial and error during the initial three years. Presently, Eric's wife has joined him in the shop as a skilled custom gown designer and seamstress/tailor. Together, they have built a team that places utmost importance on customer experience and satisfaction.

The primary goal of our tailor shop is to provide exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to our valued customers. We strive to create garments that not only fit perfectly but also reflect the unique style and preferences of each individual.
